I would also recommend buying one instead of renting...

I rented one over a weekend to do my living room, and I worked like hell to get it done in time. My wife liked the room, so I bought one and did the rest of the house. This is the one I got. It was excellent, and I did four bedrooms, a hallway, and the kitchen with it. (If you are in Blacksburg, you can borrow mine).
