He wouldn't be able to disclose Hunter Bolen in a May 2016 newsletter

He is s a 2017 recruit. He could only disclose 2016 recruits who sign (like Reenan) or depending on the date he could disclose 2016 walk-ons.

But he wouldn't be able to mention Bolen or other 2017 recruits.
