We stayed here (link) a week last year. Primo.

Cayman has all the relaxation and beauty - snorkeling, diving, food and none of the tourists. Best time of year is now thru mid-May. Direct flights daily RT from Charlotte. Cheap car rentals and fun driving on the left.
