The example you provide of Best Buy...

...associate texting a customer I think needs work. My initial reaction to that was "Do I really want a dude from Best Buy texting me all the time with their latest sale...". It's not that it can't be a core target of your business, it's just the emotional reaction I got from that scenario. I think you can find a more professional example to include that speaks to a more professional environment.

Like I said, it was only my gut feel when reading it, made me want to go take a shower.
