Bosch is the best. Been thru 2 Whirlpools and a Frigidaire

over the last 15 years and the Bosch is so quiet you can barely hear it run. The dishes are always clean and it has a small loading drawer at the top so you can load a bunch of medium size utensils like serving spoons and large knives, saving room in the 2 big trays for the larger stuff. I cram everything in there in close quarters and it never fails to clean. It's in your price range so I am recommending the Bosch.
