Please join us for a special dinner for a cause. We are honoring the life & memory of Maxine Shelly Turner, a founding member of Virginia Tech's Rho Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon, a sorority for women in engineering fields. Donations to the Maxine Shelly Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund are only accepted in April each year, and a portion of the proceeds from this dinner will go to the scholarship fund - http://www.aoe.org.vt.edu/maxineturner.php#scholarship

The Turners are Vienna locals & all are great in the kitchen and on the grill. Maxine loved good food & learning to cook new things. Her palate was inspired by a trip to Spain, where she found incredible tapas. Menu items inspired by Jose Andres' Jaleo, her absolute favorite restaurant, are the inspiration for our dinner to honor her!

Menu: Olive & Cheese Plate with Fig Jam & Torta, Setas y Jamon (Sautéed Mushrooms with Caramelized Sweet Onions & Ham), Gambas al Ajillo y Papas (Garlic Shrimp with Roasted Potato), Pollo y Escalivada Catalana (Chicken, Smoky Grilled Peppers, & Eggplant with Sherry Sauce), Chocolate Trio Dessert.
