No. The ACC is last in average home attendance per school, but 3rd

in total attendance at all conference home games combined.

In particular, some of the small, private ACC schools don't draw very well individually and they drive down the average. But the larger number of schools in the conference drive the conference total as a whole above the PAC and Big 12.
