Seems to me that some of what ESPN does could be considered-


breach of contract. If it policies while operating withing the scope of the contract actually harms the ACC, then I think that would be a matter for challenge to the contract validity. If I were the committee of Presidents charged with overseeing the development of the ACC network, I would be asking Swafford to get the legal team involved in considering the practices of ESPN under their contract with the ACC. ESPN fills in non-SEC channel space with much of the content coming from the SEC Olympic sports. SEC is on all of the ESPN channels preferentially, it appears to me.
