My list is WVu by a large margin then Temple by another wide margin...

Philadelphia is a great city to visit. To me they are like Boston College, a great road trip with ok sports. When they win, they do very well, when they do not, they are beyond abismal.

But I know UConn has some advantages, but not easy to get to and not close to any other members save BC and we already have Boston.
