In response to the facilities question


Union Bank & Trust & VT just announced a $3.5 million donation from Union to go towards a new baseball complex or at least a major renovation of the existing complex. The $3.5 million is really the first step in a larger project that could be anywhere from $12-18 million range in total cost. Architects are putting competing plans together now and once one is selected, we'll have a better idea of the total projected cost. target completion is prior to opening day in 2018. Project should include "premium seating, a new clubhouse, a video board, modernized concession areas, a new entrance to the stadium, a new patio area, plus many other amenities." I've linked Chris Coleman's TSL article on the project as well (I believe it was a free article but could be wrong)
