That $43 million is peanuts compared to the $20 million Texas is getting .


And they've been getting that 20 large SINCE 2010. This is absolutely ridiculous. These bozos missed their window.

Would you be open to the ACC brokering a deal to keep the tier 3 rights in exchange for ESPN keeping the $43 million?

THAT's a way out of this mess for them IMO. THEN the ACC could start up a Pac12 model network. That Pac12 Network is already bringing in nearly $3 million/school and there as some sure fire ways for them to increase profits. They may even be positioned better than anyone else moving forward as the world continues to cut the cord. You can't tell me there's more interest in those programs than in the ACC. Lived in Cali and it is hardly a college athletics focused state. Oregon has a little bit of a fan base, but nothing greater than VT. The ACC's in the much larger footprint too.
