I feel like BDJ has always had a pretty average short game/putter. He's at
his best when his ballstriking is on, and it just doesn't seem to be this year thus far. It's been a while since I recall him having a stretch of poor results that have lasted this long; if nothing else he's been a pretty consistent player thus far in his career. Hope he gets it going before Rio.
JW has obviously been keying in on this event for weeks now, making a few appearances in Houston in the weeks leading up to it. He clearly feels at home here for whatever reason. Would love to see him stay in contention through the weekend.
Weaver opens up in Brazil with a 1-over 72 and sits in T113. On a day where there were a ton of low scores, not a great start but we'll see how he rebounds and if he can get back above the cut line tomorrow. [Post edited by MDHokieFan5 at 03/31/2016 5:10PM]
