I think I said the LHN is projected to be profitable. But


it may take several more years to where ESPN is in the black on their investment. They are currently $40+ million in the red. Regardless of its future, LHN is one of ESPN's worst investments.

If nothing changes and the reported figures are close, ESPN is going to dump another $40+ million into the ACC, upping their cost by about 17%.

They have already invested in the infrastructure needed to televise, in some format, additional content they already own the right to broadcast if they so choose. They don't need to spend as they did on LHN and SECN to start an ACCN, it is already there. And if they don't televise it, the content reverts back to the conference members to do with as they wish.

Do you think they won't try to recoup some of that 17%?
