It has to be more than warm. With the announcement of the sponsorship

I believe notice was essentially given.

Get a new coach in, give him a chance to rebuild the team so that the season when the renovated stadium opens, we are in position to have a big year.

If the first year in the renovated stadium doesn't go well, momentum will be lost. The shine of a park only lasts so long w/o results.
