but I'll give my 2 cents. I think it would encourage people to work on their top wrestling, but I don't think it will happen, because if someone is riding for 2 full minutes, then no one is scoring, and people that may not be full wrestling fans think that is "boring", because no points are being scored. I think they are trying to up the scoring averages to bring in more fans (not that I agree with that).

Kinda the problem soccer has connecting with the American fans, imho, we as a culture apparently want higher scores. I think that's why rules in football have been changed lately in favor of the offense, for example.
