This was reported in a local VA paper on March 7:

The word is out that Noah Adams, the 195-pound AA-A state champion from Indy, has had a change of heart about where he wants to attend college. He had verbally committed to Virginia Tech awhile back but has since changed his mind. His plans now are to attend WVU and be “bull-trained” by coach Sammie Henson. Adams, a junior, should fit well in the Mountaineer lineup.
