They should allow concealed carry of device that incapaitactes


but doesn't permanently injure the attacker. Sort of a modified dart device that you press a button and it fires a needle to inject the fast acting liquid.

You have to find a way to stop criminals and other bad people and then tie them up until the police arrive.
