While a change in coaching is probably necessary to re-energize interest in Tech Basketball we really owe a debt of gratitude to Coach Wolff. His predecessor, while a nice person, was a disastrous hire after Weaver allowed Bonnie Hendrickson to leave. He took over a program with virtually no talent at the very bottom of the league. Despite a lack of sufficient support from Weaver, God bless his soul, he managed to bring in some fairly good talent and get them winning again, just not winning enough. Coach Wolff really deserves kudos for the work he did and he is a classy individual. Hope he remains a fan of Tech.
