"Interesting" in the sense on how Notre Dame

views or not views (in the case of Indiana) its "Big Ten Rivals." Also, how for the longest time Notre Dame said that Michigan, Michigan State, and Purdue were "must annual games." Yet, all 3 rivalries have had breaks (27 year break in the case of the Michigan State rivalry) at different points in time (pre-ACC). Also, I find "interesting" the Big Ten's position with Notre Dame's graduate school and Notre Dame's position on certain research topics.
