Then does that also suggest Babcock will make a splash


with the next hire too? Most would consider the hiring of Buzz as a big splash and the hiring of Fuente as (at least) a medium splash. Maybe I am looking at it wrong or have too high expectations for the women's program.

If Babcock is going to making a splash for the women's program, then I would think he would target HCs who preferably have made multiple deep runs (i.e make it to the Sweet Sixteen) in the NCAA Tournament. If no one fits that profile, then someone who made a lot of NCAA appearances (i.e. Dawn Staley's tenure at Temple). Based on the list of names mentioned, Kenny Brooks might be the closest to fitting the profile. Plus, I just saw a report that suggests Jonathan Tsipis may be the top candidate at Wisky.
