The injury happened when Joey was taken down, so Jeske gets the choice, picks down, and stretches his lead to 4-0. If there's no timeout, it's 3-0, or 3-1 with a Dance escape. If Joey gets the same takedown and rideout late in the 3rd, the match ends 4-3 Dance.
