It's really hard for me to judge these things, to be honest


Motu's numbers in his 11 starts in his second year are lower than but still in the neighborhood of Vince Hall's at a similar time. VH seriously improved after his second year, but the PATT in me thinks that we can still hold out hope Motu will progress.
