They didn't seem to have a full arena when Tech played down there and their fans seemed lackluster IMO. Laranaga is a very good coach, but he's going to retire soon and Miami will be back where they were. I think Tech's 20-15 team that had some ugly games at the beginning of the year has better fans and as much of a "basketball" mentality as Miami at this point in time.

The Hurricane fan base in any sport is not impressive at all. If not for Miami's legendary football teams, they'd be in the AAC or even Conference USA.
