Totally agree that there is tons of talent to the south. However, and

perhaps this was 133182's original point to the macro, but there is enough talent in VA to be really competitive. Richmond, NOVA, and the Tidewater are saturated with talent these days. Keeping these kids home would be huge. Much like football has scene it's proven tough to keep the powers to the south out on top-tier guys.
