Let's be honest, Most college towns are great places to raise kids. There isn't much difference in Harrisonburg and Blacksburg WRT location. Even on the same interstate.

For a jump from CAA to ACC, and a raise of over 100%, he'd be crazy not to take it. If for no one else, his kids! Never mind the boss he'd have here.
