This statement clearly implies that something happened last year. It also clearly implies that it was investigated and dealt with. It must not have been too serious since he kept his job. A really serious issue would have most likely cost him his job.

This statement clearly implies that this was a very public issue. Team mates and coaches suffice for the public. If it was serious, it would have been dealt with. I will go out on a limb and speculate this was the reported issue of Camp not being happy with her playing time. If she made it clear she would transfer without more playing time, it might explain why she has not got off the bench since then.

(3) "Several women have already asked to leave the team. If they all leave, there would not be enough players to field a team"

We know that Camp might be leaving. But beyond that, if that were true, I would guess he would have been gone as of last Monday. He is still here.

To summarize, I see a lot of questionable issues with her statement.
