I cllaim the Dude & sites like that diont really have a pace

They are guessing, however, I watch the behavior ot the Athletic Directors and presidents. looks like the big 12 schools are reacting to external factors instead of thinking deliberately and strategically.

There are a lot of university president's in the big 12 that are not strategic leaders but rather just respond to external factors. that's when you make mistakes.
