Well wrestling fans we have reached the quiet before the storm.


We prolly had a good hard workout today and from this point it will be about mental prep and weight management. Most battles are won before they are fought and so it will likely be on Sunday. Good luck and Godspeed Hokies, be your best and leave no regrets on the mat.

As for the rest of us, get on your horse and ride to Charlottesville - and bring attitude with you.
