The only noise he could be complaining about today is the sound of the pressure washer for about 10 minutes. We have a deck from the second floor of our house leading down to a slate-paved courtyard. The guys just pressure washed all the dust and other stuff. The rest of what they are doing is in the house.

Tell me - did the guy have a 'distinctive' speaking voice? Was there anything you would characterize as 'unusual'? If the answer to that is yes, and you can describe - it might be the 1 in 330 Mil thing..
