That looks like 1963 Vawter Hall was brand new and I lived there.


Also, I am sure that is the old Miles Stadium. You can see the track around it.

Owens hall is over to the left.

The road at the bottom runs around the drill field and you can see the War Memorial Gym in the middle right on that road.
