Both those schools have had a difficult time...


I think NMSU would fit well in CUSA with rival UTEP down the road.

Idaho should seriously consider dropping to the FBS level and join the competitive Big Sky Conference. I think Idaho would do well in that conference. They do play in the 16,000 seat Kibble Dome. That would be a recruiting edge for them.
