Is the money the Big Ten schools would generate by playing

more games (conference, OOC, bowl games, etc) in the South more than the revenue it generates via the CIC? Now let's be clear here; I am talking about the federal/state grants/cooperative agreements/contracts that the school gets to participate on because of the assistance the CIC helped during the pre-award process vs. a school trying to win it on its own. If it would, then it might make sense to leave the Big Ten. If not, then it may not make much sense to walk away from all that money on the academic table.
