What IMG does should be problematic for the NCAA

IMG is a very big and powerful sports, fashion and entertainment marketing, training and management corporation.

IMG's ultimate goal in training young athletes is to find and sign a future start that will earn huge money in sports and more importantly marketing deals.

Some notable products and/or properties of IMG include Venus and Serena Williams, Monica Seles, Jennifer Capriati, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Freddy Adu, Ryan Zimmerman, Nomar Garciaparra, Vernon Wells, Adam Dunn, Gary Sheffield, Josh Hamilton, Chris Weinke and many many more.

The problem from an amateur point of view is that IMG is already working with high school athletes. When does the actions of a company like IMG jeopardize the amateur status of a college athlete?

I'm sure IMG has all their bases covered from a legal standpoint. But are they really following the rules?
