So ESPN is going to send 4 teams from the east coast to the Midwest and abandon about half of a 100 million potential viewers, set off a round of realignment that guarantees them absolutely nothing in return (Fox has B12 contract. ESPN gets scraps from that), and basically implode the ACC?

And Texas is going to give up $225M in guaranteed revenue over the next 15 years willingly because they want the B12 to succeed?

Riiiiiiight.
