When they are suing someone, they really can say just about anything at all. Some lawsuits are settled just to avoid the embarrassment of false accusations, so lawyers will spread it pretty thick.
Might there be some truth mixed in? I dunno at all either way. Just my two cents on the legal system and lawyers going after the deep pockets.
