The exit fee didn't fully hold up in court and I doubt a GOR would.


As I suggested, both parties would eventually walk away after having paid attorneys a couple of years. I would assume the ACC would withhold payouts for 1-3 years, as was the case with Maryland, and then the exiting school would be gone.
