I'm not particularly worried about UVA and in-state recruiting.

With the current context, that's not relevant.

First, the problem with VT in-state is that a.) more out-of-state schools are doing very well here and have hotter names (FSU, Clemson, UNC, Duke, Ohio State)...and b.) VT's image has been tarnished by too many mediocre years.

None of that has to do with UVA.

Finally, if I have concerns about UVA under Bronco, it's not about recruiting. They have recruited well considering their performance. What I am anticipating from Bronco is that they will develop players better, scout better and play better on game days. But they will likely do all of those things with less than stellar recruiting rankings. It just doesn't look like he built his staff to win NSD....and frankly, I'm not sure Fuente did either.

Does VT need to recruit better? Yes. Does VT need to do better in-state? Yes. Does that have very much to do with UVA? No. Do I ask myself questions and answer them? Yes, yes I do.
