I agree, it would be great for VT to expand it's recruiting areas and Texas is certainly a great place to recruit from. But this will take a commitment and long term thinking. We need to establish a presence there and accept that short term results will be meager at best. Offer to 1 person and it is hit or miss (most likely miss). But offer to dozens or hundreds over years and we will get some percentage.
