Every little thing hurts in some way, I've found

My mom was bedridden and on a trach vent due to ALS the last year and a half of her life before passing away in November. She was in a medical-grade bed in my parents' living room. After her death, we returned or donated all the medical equipment she was using. Seeing the living room back to what it was like "before" was a really weird feeling. Luckily I wasn't over there when the charity came by to pick up her clothes we donated.

I still can't watch Family Feud -- she watched that every single night for some reason, so the evenings I was over there, that's what we watched together. But man, I could probably write one hell of an email that would all but guarantee my family a spot on the show!
