the risk of negative votes (they're not for shooting the messenger in case you don't agree with him/her) is the rate at which commits from these far-flung states renege later when given offers from local schools, or leave the program out of being homesick. I'd like to see a comparison between these way-out-of-state players and local players (yes, they do the same thing)......... I'm all for recruiting the best players we can and encourage recruiting Texas, and hope we are as successful as we've been in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina (for example) ..... but I do have that concern
