Wresting question ... how do we look next year?

I just looked at starters and see that we appear to only have 1 senior starter.

1) Are there folks redshirting that improve us or just getting older/better?

2) Do a significant amount of folks better than our wrestlers today graduate where we move up via attrition (assuming not passed)?
