Its sponsored by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA)


It is not run by the NCAA, and has no bearing on the official championship. This years form will repeat next year, with Non-B1G teams hosting (VT will host if we win ACC or hold at large bid)

This was proposed by Cael Sanderson PSUs coach for a variety of reasons. It is being tried this year because PSU agreed to participate in this form (they have not participated in the past).
