Good point. Whit Babcock will have some things to consider...
when the WBB season ends.
Wolff won 14 games in 2013-14. Last season the team slipped and won 10 regular season games. They did win 2 ACC Tournament games that made Whit feel positive about Wolff's future.
This season they have improved but is it the improvement Whit is looking for? It would be an easier decision to keep him on if it were his 3rd season, not his 5th. What would other ACC WBB programs do at this point? I bet UNC, Duke, Notre Dame, Louisville, and FSU would replace Wolff. As Knox posted earlier, is it wise to keep a potentially lame duck head coach? Will that hurt recruiting? Is it worth eating Wolff's remaining $233,000 contract to replace him with a new head coach? Home attendace has been stagnant (a slight bit lower this season). Does Whit want more than 1,400 fans per game. Does he want to get back to the days of 3,000 to 4,000+ fans per game? I know that Whit likes Dennis. Will their relationship keep him around another season?
