You have a choice.

Your loved one can go one of two ways.

Long drawn out illness where you can see the end coming but they keep all their faculties until the end.

Diagnosed with terminal illness on a Sunday, dead the next saturday.

Had a friend whose mom was diagnosed with Stage IV Leukemia Sunday and died on Saturday.

Which one is worse? Better? Not being able to say goodbye or prep for it vs. pain and suffering.
