Can anyone elaborate on the culture of the women’s basketball program during the past 5 seasons? I don’t see a lot of teaching or encouragement during the games. What type of mentoring and player development is going on? My gut feeling is very little to none, that missing component could be part of the reason this program is not progressing under the current Leadership (Head Coach).
