Based on the fact that he has served as a DC and CB coach for many schools


He has much more experience running a complete defense. He also played in the NFL longer than TG. Worked for schools that faced wide open spread offenses for many years. I did not say TG was not a good DB coach. I liked him and thought he was very good until the last few years, but this guy has much more experience.
