Been saying and posting that for several years


Was hoping that when Whit got on board, he would make a change. Knew there was no chance that Weaver would do anything.

Obviously it comes down to priorities, WLAX appears to be low on the totem pole in comparison to other needs. Have no idea how contracts with Olympic sport coaches work but hiring and firing coaches involve contract and relocation costs, plus there are the assistants, their contracts and relocation costs. So in a non revenue sport, it just may not be worth it to Whit to make a change. It is for most of the rest of us, as I don't like for VT to play a sport in which we don't plan to win at a high level. Being a bottom feeder is not acceptable.
