In an email to 7 people - "what time are you all free for a meeting?"

Instead of oh, you know, using the supposedly required calendar tool (Outlook, in this case) and just using the "check availability" function?

So for the next hour I see a response suggesting a time, someone saying that doesn't work for them and suggesting another time, followed by 2 people (a bit behind on their emails) agreeing to the first suggested time, but then sending again, with 1 saying that the 2nd time will be OK, but the other person saying that the 2nd suggested time doesn't work...and so on, and so on.

My standard response - "My calendar is up to date in Outlook"
