Every great athlete has a great coach most people don't even now about. Running a business can be the same way, not matter how great or talented you are, a good coach can "up" your game considerably.
Richmond area, there's a great Hokie / Business coach I use. I'm sure he'll give you a free hour or so consultation of you're interested. My coach uses it (the one page strategy sheet) to keep us on track, creating specific tasks to achieve the plan/goals we set. Then checking we are doing the right the things to reach the goals we set. It's like a coach watching your throwing motion or footwork, knowing / showing what you need to work on specifically -- then getting feedback on how you are doing is to adjust and move forward and improve.
