You won't have / owe any taxes as an "S" corp, but will have to file


a return, 1120, and K-1s for shareholders. The advanced Turbo-Tax package will help you fill and file all of these form is you want to delay the accountant cost a bit more (or even reduce the hours you pay for by having them review what you do, not do it for you).
